Belding Training is committed to your success. Every training course includes high-value additional components to help learners retain the skills they’ve learned, and implement them more comfortably in their work environment.
Ongoing Reinforcement
Every course includes 4-12 weeks of reinforcement for each participant following the training. They include:
- Weekly email reinforcement with tips and exercises
- Self-assessments on relevant topics
- Recommended reading and videos
- Micro-modules with interesting exercises
- Ongoing access to your training for information and support
Learning Portal
Every participant will have secure access to a learning portal that contains all the course material, including recorded sessions, assessments and exercises.
Certificate
A certificate is provided to every course participant who has met the participation requirements and successfully completed the final assessment.
