PREREQUISITES: COACHING FOR EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS
One of the core elements of successful coaching in business is consistency.
In this coaching skills program, participants will learn how to ensure consistency with the skills they learned in the Coaching for Exceptional Results training.
They will learn how to track the results of the coaching so that they will have an ongoing progress report.
This course will be customized to your specific organizations, including examples, case studies and relevant skills.
